Charitable Giving Campaign
After having been in practice in the Venice, FL, area for over four decades, Dr. Steven Feldman began looking for ways he could give back to his community. In the summer of 2015, he established the Charitable Giving Campaign and partnered with local charities. This act of generosity not only gives us the opportunity to serve our community, but encourages new patients to become involved as well.
Dr. Feldman does not charge new patients for a new patient exam. Instead, each new patient appointment costs $100 in the form of a donation to one of our participating charities. Our appointments include cat scans, x-rays, a consultation with Dr. Feldman, a complete dental exam, and a personalized treatment plan. Your donation to the participating charity of your choice covers all expenses of your appointment. Since its founding, the Charitable Giving Campaign has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to support the mission of each charity we participate with.
CARE FROM AN AWARD-WINNING SPECIALIST
Dr. Feldman is an award-winning periodontist and implant specialist and has received the Patient’s Choice Award for top practice in the county. A leader in his field, he has co-developed new periodontal techniques and dental software and has served as a consultant and lecturer for various dental technology companies. He is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of many prestigious organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology. For Dr. Feldman, giving back to the community is a way to say “thank you” to those who have helped him remain successful for over 40 years.
HERE’S HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Each new patient appointment costs $100 in the form of a donation to one of our participating charities. Our appointments include cat scans, x-rays, a consultation with Dr. Feldman, a complete dental exam, and a personalized treatment plan. Your donation to the participating charity of your choice covers all expenses of your appointment.
When a new patient appointment is scheduled, we mail a New Patient Letter, which includes new patient forms and information about our practice and the campaign. We provide the list of our participating charities, from which you can choose one to make your donation to. This paperwork and information is brought to the new patient exam.
At the new patient appointment, you will complete the donation form to your chosen charity and we will process the donation for you. You will receive a confirmation receipt from the charity itself. If you choose to move forward with customized treatment from Dr. Feldman, he will match your donation and we will send the charity a check for $100.
